hi everyone, I have a few questions in mind
1. What proof can I submit for showing close relative in SK? I have a brother in law. But his Birth certificate name is different from his PR card. Is it possible if I upload passport bio page of both spouse and brother in law showing same parents?
2. For POF, can I show my multiple term deposits with bank? if yes then how I do I upload it and show it?
Please suggest.

I got ITA on 25th Sep 2019 and I submitted my application on 7 Oct 2019. I received a file number.
Now, what is the next step? How much normally I have to wait for nomination?
I applied based on close relative.

Just read Electronics Engineer NOC 2133 and compare your working experience with NOC 2281. If the required education for NOC 2281 is Electronics Engineer then go with NOC 2281.
I got the invitation to submit an application under SINP Express entry sub category.
One of the document to submit is Passport. they are saying if you are living in a country that is different from your nationality , then include a copy of your visa for the country you currently live.
Currently I am living with family in US on L1B. Last year in August I got the visa extension approval till August 2020 , so I have i797 approval notice and valid i94 till august 2020. But I don't have visa stamping on Passport for the extension.
My question is that along with copy of passport (which does not have stamping for extension) , can I submit copy of i797 and i94 as a proof of legal stay in US or do I have to have a stamping done?
Please help if someone had the similar situation or can give any lead.
