When we think they will start changing? I still in portal they Number of applications currently being accepted is still 0, against 1500 Maximum number of applications?

If you get >=60 points, you can apply.
For OID, you have no need to have cic account
For EE, you must have cic account and job seeker validation code

I'm filling SINP OID application and have no glue about federal form IMM 0008.
Should I fill it and send somewhere? or I will do this later in application? I do not have EE profile.

This is the link, read it carefully, and fill the form online at IE or Mozilla, it is a very important form. After filling it, check "Yes" for both boxes of last page, type date in last box and push Validate button. Take printouts of all 10 Pages. Then write your full name by pen in 7th line last page (space provided), to sign in the box. Then scan all pages in PDF and merge them as a single page (use https://smallpdf.com/merge-pdf for merging) and name it GENERIC.

I have already finished "Detail Section" and "Continue SINP Section" but did find any place to attach that document?

One more question.
Since i finished the whole application by myself and not using any of representative.
Do i still need to fill and attached the form of "IMM5476 - use of Representative", since this "Step" just automatically appear in my application page, and i don't know whether i could delete it or not? Thanks!

Hello All ,
i applied for SNIP EE in january,
Recently, i got a mail from SINP asking to send my settlement funds again from October last year till date.
I have it and i would reply them back as i met the required funds needed.
I would like to know if this mail means that i would be given a nomination very soon ?
