hello, am new in this trend. can someone advice,
I want to apply under SINP OID, NOC 0714. facility operations manager with ten years experience.

what forms and other requirements to see me thro. am waiting for the next opening possibly in August.

You are fortunate, as NOC 0714 is on the list for eligible occupations for the SINP. You are strongly encouraged to start up an application now, so that you can simply submit at the next available opening, be it later this year or early next year.

As a first step, if you have not already done so, you should tabulate the number of points that you have under the SINP's own grid, which differs somewhat from the Federal grid that you use for Express Entry. The grid can be found here:

You must have at least 60 points to qualify for eligibility in the program.

The key is the initiation, and not the submission, of the application. With all of the documentation required, advance preparation of the application will be necessary. In addition to the usual identification documents (passport, birth certificate, etc.), you will need proof of education in the form of transcripts and diplomas, employer reference letters, bank statements (for proof of settlement funds), to cite just a few of the items. The system will walk you through what you need to provide and upload.

A key issue is the 'staleness' of the documentation, particularly with regard to bank statements. If you upload statements now, reflecting activity through the end of June 2017, and the intake does not open until after Thanksgiving (in October in Canada), for example, the data may be out of date, so it is a good idea to update the statements as you receive them. Also, you would need to update the exchange rate and value in Canadian Dollars whenever you update the statements. In addition, an updated Form 4 will be needed that reflects that total of the settlement funds.

Write to Sask Immigration Minister. You will get within 4-5 days. Cause u have crossed the 6 months limit.

If you get >=60 points, you can apply.
For OID, you have no need to have cic account
For EE, you must have cic account and job seeker validation code

How can you register in CIC EE pool with 60 points? It needs 67. Without CIC EE registration, you can't apply for SINP EE.

do wait,they will contact you if something is req. from your end and if everything completes they will issue you the nomination.

That's totally true. You will be judged based on the minimum amount of money, stated in your transaction history (three months before submitting your application). Saska officers are very sensitive and tough about it. I have been rejected once before because of this RULE!

I have a question based on above query...

I submitted my application on 12th June 2017 for SINP-OID, the funds required for 5 persons is around ~25000 CAD. I have uploaded a bank letter for 30k CAD at the time of submittal the available funds were around 24kcad.
But my funds were fluctuating in last 3 months ranging from 20k cad to 35k cad...... Does it effect my application ...

Thanks for the update and guide. as for the settlement fund, am using term deposit, with date 17/05/2017 - 15/08/2017. I hope it will be 3months at next opening.
