From the trend, it will go from " application received" to " In process" then can be " Nominated" or " additional documents requested" then after they receive it, it goes back to " In Process" before turning to " Nominated" or " Ineligible".

No one really knows. Just a prediction based on last year's trend, it might reopen by June or July again since there are many nominations these days and by that time, they are done with previous (January 2016) applicants and may be ready to take new applicants second time this year.

Well no one is really sure. They are still dealing with a few hands that applied in 2015 and have started to nominate for 2016. They will likely want to clear their table before the scheme opens again. So, i suspect the month of May or early June.

Application Date: 3rd January 2016 EE
NOC: 2283
In process: 22nd May 2016
Currency conversion: 14th April 2016(with that day's exchange rate)
2rd Currency conversion: 24th April 2016(with the exchange rate of the day when my saving proof was printed)
Nomination: 25th April 2016

If you are applying to CIC for the first time, you will not yet have a UCI. If so, and you are filling out a form that asks for one, write “Not Applicable” or “N/A” in the space provided.
If you are applying online and the form does not allow you to input “N/A,” leave the space blank.

Hi,

It takes more time to process SINP OID than EE so just have more patience. On the average, as I mentioned earlier and based on what is posted in their website, it's 4.4 months for the SINP to have their decision with your application.

You may want to add your case through the link i have in my signature below. You might as well see the other applicants who applied last January 2016 intake and their timelines. Dont worry, soon, you app status will change, too.

@ Sum an. Don't worry Your application will soon turnto in pprocess. Mine is 3rd January and is in process. The most important thing is to be nominated which we are all looking forward to. Be patient. It takesonly a day to submit and also a day to be nonominated. But ittakes time to gather all our documents. So calm down. Everything is going tobe alright
