SINP INTL SKILLED WORKER EE SUB-CATEGORY - FOR JANUARY 2016 APPLICANTS ! ! !

I applied on 4th Jan and my application is still in process. I want to to know if it's okay to submit docs without having document request from SINP. Like can I still submit my updated bank statements, the one which I submitted when applying was from 3 months back and its been like 4 months since I applied.

I think this is a new headache for officer. Pls send this when they asked. (My opinion)

I guess its better wait till they respond. They may not need your updated statement. In fact it varies from application to application.

Hello charan_yalala, can you instruct me in which stage do I need to send the letter of explanation for provident fund and other funds similar to RRSP fund in mail? During registration at OASIS SINP or later it is required? Can we attach 1 bank statement and 2 other provident fund documents in the settlement plan?

I am 5th JAN Applicant brother. They asked additional documents (Ethical Conduct and Declaration + Settlement Plan). I have submitted both but status not changed in OASIS. Though they have acknowledged the receipt of documents over email.

Yeah, finger crossed but in forum i have seen some applications remain in the waiting on applicant for some long time (2-4 Week) after they have submitted the requested documents.

Bit tensed as well because of high conversion date my balance may fall few hundred dollar.

Ya, CAD is getting stronger day by day. But after MAY 03, its getting weaker. Now it's nearly 60 again

Yes, waiting time has been long for EE applicants. Since they say counting begins from the time the application is in process so I guess, we still have to wait more days but soon we'll surely get our nominations just like others. We need more prayers so our patience will extend til we got the good news.

But as per I Know Processing time is the time between the receiving the application and giving final decision.

As per SINP: This time is measured from when the complete application is received to when it’s processed.

Anyway what is your status now. I am still In Process.
