Hey if your EE profile is expired you should open a new profile and update in OASIS with new profile no and job seeker ID. There is option in OASIS to insert new EE profile details.

Hello.. my ielts also has expired so was not opening new profile.. When I submitted my sinp application everything was in place.. It has been 5months I have been waiting sinp final decision.. So should I do ielts again and open EE profile.??

SINP will need an active EE profile to issue your nomination. So, yes, you need to take the test and open a new profile with that result and then submit your profile number in the OASIS.

Just realised SINP reduced the processing time from 37 weeks to 22 for EE stream, some sigh of relief may be! Anyone got ADR or Nomination who applied 5-6 months back post ITA?

Hi, I have received a NOI from Sinp but the issue is that my POF amount is deposited in my personal account on 27th Aug.
Before that it was in my joint account with my father .
Plz suggest what to do in this case.

A question on filing of express entry for SINP

**No federal EOI profile, I guess because points are below 67 due to age

Can I claim points for these:
1) Bank supervisor (NOC 1434) 2002 - 2009
2) Insurance Agent (NOC 6231) 2009 - 2020
3) Sales supervisor (non financial company) (NOC 6211) 2020 - 2021
4) Bank supervisor (NOC 6235) September 2021

Can I nominate NOC 1434 as main NOC, since the September 2021 NOC of 6235 has just started, thus cannot claim the 1year work exp?
I wouldn't want to claim for NOC 6231 since it's in the SINP Excluded occ list.

Then, how do I break it down in the last 5 years exp, and last 6-10 years exp?

Are the years 2002-2009 correct? If so you can’t count those years in NOC 1434 since it is experience over 10 years ago. Can’t even count it for Express Entry. You can only count NOC 6231 (and only last 10 years so 2011-20).

The application fee for SINP is 350 CAD, no more no less. If you get ITA, you can apply. What's your SINP score? Once you apply, you will wait for nomination? You don't get VISA right away. It's a long process. 1st Nomination, then ITA for PR application. The whole fee for PR application is 1,325 CAD for a person and may increase based on the number of family member.
So my request is do not give any one any money without proper document. Like an ITA letter from SINP, your account in OASIS. these are way to confirm validity. Plus, for paying the fees you must use your own card, nobody can pay your application fees using their cards. SINP is very clear about this.

What is your SINP score and NOC? You can look at the draws on SINP website and see if your score and NOC are drawn. Fees are set so if asking more than the set fees don’t pay the agent.
