SINP :- International Skilled Worker - Express Entry Sub-Category, Network Here

Thats for my son NOC 0124. He gave his documents to a lawyer in 2013.he was dragging n he did not do anything till 2o18. We paid 5laks. In 2019 gave it to another guy with 150000 still waiting. Ielts expired twice WES also expired. Now we got WES n he is waiting for ielts. One of his friends decided to give it to lady from canada she interviewed my son. Both the lawyers are telling the same thing saskatchewan isn't open for internationals. Thats the problem here thanks for your reply

I don't understand. Saskatchewan immigration nominee program is open. If you are living outside Canada, you can apply for occupation in demand or for the Express Entry categories. Follow the link I have provided you in my last comment. You can open your account there and launch your EOI if you have IELTS and ECA. Do you have IELTS and ECA?

Why do you need a lawyer to apply. Your son has had 8 years to do it himself. Your lawyers are liars.

That's a lot of money!!! Man!!! SINP only cost 350 Canadian dollars and you pay this fee if you get ITA. And the whole Permanent Residency process does not cost that much. Something is fishy here. Do not give someone like this man. Saskatchewan Nomination program is open till now. Who said that it is not open? In this forum, hundreds of people have profiles there and many have applied paying only 350 Canadian dollars after getting ITA. I have applied there, I did it myself. Cost me only 350 CAD and you are talking about giving someone lakhs! Unbelievable!
