Dear All,

I have 84 points with sibling points included. There is more possibility of getting an ITA. But the worst thing is field of study is not inline with experience. BE EEE but have 9.5 years of IT experience with NOC 2171. will this definitely get rejected?

Has anybody in this forum who has come across this situation and got nomination.
Please suggest.

To answer your question

You need full years, i.e. uninterrupted 12 months to get points. So, in your case
15-04-12 - 30-05-13 | 13.5 Months = 1 year
15-06-13 - 31-05-15 | 23.5 Months = 1 year
01-08-15 - 31-12-15 | 5 Months = 0 years
01-01-16 - 15-08-19 | 43.5 Months = 3 years

Therefore,

(A) Work experience during the most recent five years prior to application
Answer - 3 years = 6 points

(B) Work Experience during the six to ten year period prior to application
Answer - 2 years = 2 points

Total: 8 points

I've one more doubt. For me (Primary NOC 2175) and years of experience is below -
(A) Work experience during the most recent five years prior to application - NOC 2175 (Exp 3.5 years) and for NOC 2174 (Exp 1.5 years)
(B) Work Experience during the six to ten year period prior to application - NOC 2174 (Exp 5 years)

How to calculate points in such a case? Should the NOC code be the same for the experience to be considered?

Yes. This educational qualification related to noc 2171.

Oh yes. You are still eligible. Here is the eligibility requirement from their website :-
Employment requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

Dear Friends,

I have a query regarding SINP Work Experience Points Calculation. Can anyone please help me out to calculate the points basis below Work Experience;

From 1st Apr 2011 to 3rd Feb 2012 - 10 Months (Management Trainee)
From 1st Mar 2012 to 30th Nov 2013 - 21 Months
From 23rd Dec 2013 to 15th Jul 2017 - 42.5 Months
From 17th Jul 2017 to Present - 27 Months

All the above experience that I am considering is under same NOC (0114). I am planning to file EOI for SINP EE on or after 31st Oct' 2019.

I really appreciate if anyone can guide me the max points which can be claimed for;

Work experience during the most recent five years prior to application - ______

Work Experience during the six to ten year period prior to application - _______

I might be wrong, but I think in (A) work experince is 4 years and for (B) is 5 years.

As for the second question I do not know exactly to advise you.

It is okay. You can enclose documents with bar code as your job proof, they are more reliable . What is the problem.
You can enclose explanation letters as well to clarify.
You can use salary slips, Touring bills, Quotations, orders, correspondence etc. As proof.
