For OID (non EE sub category) and sinp ee it is must . Only then u can apply when your intended noc is in the list.

Job offer category is beneficial for inland applicants only. No restriction of list NOCs .
Last year and previous years did the noc codes change ? Just curious if we can expect changes this year.

Generally they reduce the list nowadays.

No time limit . 1 to 3 months.

Yes you can apply. They will keep your application in hold until you submit the certificate. 15 to 18 months process for license
I refer to following link where they state your application will be returned in case of insufficient documents.

How to interpret this? Will they keep file under hold till receipt of my EIT or they will reject my application? I am confused because of this statement.. Please advice.

My wife working as a professor, if she passes through APEGS in respected NOC, then she can apply in that NOC?
First she have to apply for apegs just now. When sinp intake opens , submit application (keep it ready). Otherwise that noc can remove from the list anytime. (Nowadays they remove some NOCs at the time of each intake opening) She will get sinp nomination only then after present Apegs licensure.

Thanks Mr. Ashuindia.

In continuation to your earlier reply, I tried to search for non regulated NOC which i found in Manitoba province. I shall complete my 1 year as a Engineering Manager on 1st April. Hence I can apply under 0211 NOC with 1 year experience which is non regulated NOC in Manitoba. However, I feel that my points shall be very less compare to cut off of past Manitoba PNP draw. Keeping finger cross, I am willing to apply EOI in Manitoba in-demand occupation. I have following question for same.

1) Being a different NOC (0211), can I apply for Manitoba PNP with express entry registration number of 2132 NOC which I already have?
2) In case of new EE profile requirement for 0211 NOC, can I generate two EE profiles with different NOC?

I am really thankful for the guidance you have provided.

Regards
Kandarp
