My first four year employer (HR Management Consultant - off roll employees) out of total 8 years experience in last company refuses to give any letter which explains roles and responsibilities except standard one describing me as their employee and deputed for other company mentioning my name, deputee I’d, tenure.
Can I take a letter from my ex boss during that tenure mentioning my roles and responsibilities.
