Do you think it really takes 16 months (as stated on CIC) for paper based application in CIC stage? (from the date they received your application to final decision)

Nope for NDVO , we are expecting within 7-8 month's. But for ADVO , Singapore and Accra it takes sometimes even 20 months, there 16 months for lucky guys only
