No! Tehran has never been a visa office for immigrants. Besides, Canadian embassy in Tehran is closed now, due to political tension. :( Our applications are usually processed in Ankara.

I doubt it. According to myimmitracker.com at least 3 of applicants (Feb 2017), have been rejected so far! their refusal is not normal and I think its because of missing documents. In the past , we were given a list of missing documents as well as 40 days by SINP officers , to be provided. But...

It seems from Feb 2017 , SINP approach toward incomplete applications has been changed: REJECTION! Without any request to send them again.

That's totally true. You will be judged based on the minimum amount of money, stated in your transaction history (three months before submitting your application). Saska officers are very sensitive and tough about it. I have been rejected once before because of this RULE!

They would probably reject your application (that's exactly happened to my 12 OCT 2016 application) ... But this time, every thing is OK with my fund statement, and I am in the same boat with you ;)
