I just want to ask if anyone has tried any of the following and what was the result or if this is a good move :
1. Sent email to SINP to inform that the NOC that was submitted was wrongly keyed-in and should be replaced with this NOC.
2. Re-applied / re-submitted new SiNP profile (EE), although there is an existing SINp profile (EE) with a current status of "In Process".

Yes you can emaile them that you made a mistake while entering your NOC,they will correct it for you. I also made a mistake with my NOC and emailed them that I want to withdraw my application but,the lady said I should write a mail and tell them correct NOC I want.i have done that and my application is in process at the moment .they even requested for additional documents from me recently.
Thanks

you are absolutely right rockytg. The cases are rarest of the rare but my point is there is a RARE case. One can not be sure. If you really tried to stay in SK but can not find work genuinely then you can inform SK govt. and may change the province. IMO.
Down from many cases to a rare case :D ;)

I have talked with many seniors up on this topic. Generally they strongly against this, Provincial Govt. Can't stop Canadian PR holder to move around the country. In their opinion, after arrival in nominated province, resident can move anywhere in the country. And +1 to you Ashpko for your efforts and +1 to Rocky again for your detail knowledge. Thanks

Hi everyone!

Regarding the question of PR card revocation please watch this video and stay calm )))

one query - can someone clarify
I am submitted application to CIC, already received SINP nomination.
in some of the forms(like family info), provided parents / borther, sister details.
for CIC, do we need to attach ID proofs of borthers or sisters or inlaws?

and how about referal letter of current(working) company? is this must?

thanks in advance

Hi!

you must provide only IDs of accompanying family member.

Reference letters from all jobs for the last 10 years is a must.

any one knows where to upload the family documents in SINP-OASIS system. I have completed first part but last one has two questions if I had previous application and if I have family in Saskatchewan. I have family in saskatoon and if any body can guide me in which section I have to upload all their reference documents.

Best regards,

is it possible to send SINP - EE new application (if sinp intake opens up again) via new profile/account while you have an existing SiNp-EE "in process"?

Yes you can. However they will find it and ask us which one should be taken into account. You need to select one among them at that time.
