Expression of Interest is for Entrepreneur Category where in the point system is different from international skilled worker program.

Hey, did you call SINP yet and what was their response?

I called twice, three days ago but it went straight to voicemail with the promise of that they would call back if I dropped my number which I did but nothing till now.

Hopefully you got a better response.

I received SINP (OID) nomination letter (as)with additional information to nominee...

"You have indicated family tie to other Canadian jurisdiction than Saskatchewan........by accepting this nomination, you reaffirm that you genuinely intend to land, reside and work in Saskatchewan"..

when submitting I have indicated that my sister from other province in Canada.

does it anything mean that I should only land and only work in Saskatchewan? OR I can work anywhere in Canada?
please share your thoughts or experience in this regard

As a Canadian PR you can work and live anywhere in Canada but since you have submitted a signed form, Schedule-4 to be specific that you intend to live in SK. I have seen some cases where they revoke PR card because an applicant has not been living in SK. So it is preferable that you live in SK otherwise that can cause problem in future.
