Hello

I have submitted SINP August 30 Intake and just received letter to intimated successfully submitted from SINP.
but unfortunately , i could not uploaded some documents including Education credentials, Experiences certificate and POF documents.

is there still provision to send missing documents before any official intimation from SNIP ? OR
Yes u should send these doc to their email address immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca as soon as possible. I have observed that they consider and attach additional documents to submitted application before the file goes to IN process state

they will ask and give time to send missing documents ? OR
no SINP officer will not ask for any missing documents. they only ask and give time for additional documents they need and asked

they will refuse based on missing/incomplete documents ?
Yes there are many cases of refusal based on missing/incomplete documents reported in same thread. Also it has been clearly mentioned on their website and guide that incomplete application will be returned

they mentioned in their letter

"The next step will be a review for completeness. If you are missing any of the required forms or documents, you application will be returned and you will be eligible to re-apply when you have a complete application . any new application will be subject to availability within the intake thresholds."
Previously they asked for missing documents but now in 2016 they have changed their policy and returning incomplete application

Kingly elaborate it and i need guideline from senior and experience persons on same.

Thank Yo

There is certainly no difference between you and Immigration representative. If you hire one, you would still have to do the same things collect experience letter, write down duties, collect statements, browse your history of immigration, addresses..
collect educational degrees.
Only difference is they know the process while you would have to spend time to learn the process and small things which matter. It's also not true in all cases, I spoke to many consultants and I was never convinced those guys are good for me. One told, you have to have ECA for my wife even for PNP which is not the case, other told me .........
So, it's upto you if you have time and eye for a bit of analysis or you can blindly follow someone who may not be qualified enough. You have to research on that side as well to find a very good consultant you can trust.

Thanks Kamy,
for your valuable suggestion and time

They never confirm your bank statement. they use your submitted bank statement as POF and will ask you for bank statement again if the processing time last for more than three months. Note that no one has the right to verify your bank details and banks never provides their costumer details to anyone.

Kindly senior advise on it ..

Thank You

hi Ali,
One of my frens has the similar case (not exactly though). He missed to upload forms.
provincial forms .He did so because, the program was opened and his documents
were not totally ready. He gave a trial assuming his left documents would be
asked later,it was the case of July 16.He got refused just few days ago.Your case,is
jus incmplete.so,as far as I know, its on your luck .sometimes cic may ask to provide
the documents, sometimes they maynt do so,and refuse the application.so,all the good
luck to you friend.Hope for the best.

The most significant difference is that the Immigration Representative will charge you the do the exact same thing that you will have to do if you do not hire one.

Thanks a lot,friend.

somebody please suggest me,how recent should be the form signed date?
for example if I fill the Generic form today and signed it and uploaded
and suppose the program opened in 20th day, should the form have
the program opened date or the 20 day prior date is ok??and is it the same for
the case program opens after 30 day. Thanks

It should be the date of your completion of the documents.

The best trick is keep uptodate forms and documents at first week of every month, so there is no problem create with 15-20 days old documents. I applied this and got success.

I am electronics & Telecomm engineer, however I carry 9 years of experience in Software. Can this be a problem?

For what? I think NOC 2171 is suitable, cause they consider Electronics Engineering (Don't mention Telecommunication Highlighted) for this.

Hi buddy
I checked my system and the status is waiting on applicant, but the funds date changed to 29, august when i submitted my additional doc. Does that mean they are processing my application now? The additional docs include PDF and work experience proof and i am working in Canada now.
