Hello Friends,

I am planning to apply for SINP in the next intake. I have a doubt. I have a total of 6 years of work experience. However, my experience under NOC 2171 is only from January 2014 till present. My earlier experience was under NOC 2173.
Will I get points for entire 6 years of experience or only for January 2014 to present ? As 2173 is not in SINP demand list.

Also, I already have a EE profile in CIC. Is it appropriate to apply under OID ?
You can get 6 points for Experience from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2016, if u would apply in Jan. 17. For OID u must create new Profile.

That is my question too. Since my major is chemistry and I am not in the occupational in demand list, I am not eligible in this category? Am I eligible for the Saskatchewan express entry? (My points is 63)
No, Occupation On Demand list is same for OID and EE. You can check Morden Immigration http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/opportunity-to-immigrate-to-a-small-city-in-manitoba-t133220.0.html

Hi Seniors,

I will apply SINP under express entry stream once the stream will be opened. My NOC code is 2133 and according to the instructions, it has to be regulated. I have to show proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure. However, I cannot exactly understand the procedure. When I clicked on the link on the internet site of Saskatchewan, APEGS page has opened. However, there is a description on the page as;

''For people who want to apply for SINP, they require the approval letter showing that you are currently an engineer-in-training. Therefore, you must apply with APEGS first, complete the process required to obtain membership and wait for the approval letter. APEGS cannot provide a letter indicating that you are eligible to obtain a license. The only way to demonstrate eligibility is to actually apply and obtain your engineer-in-training license.''

Please help me how should I proceed? Will APEGS's approval letter be enough for express entry or should I apply also another institute?

Thanks for your help

No, NOC 2133 is not in the In Demand Occupation list, so don't try anymore.

I will not apply to OID. I will apply to International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry once it will open. I think I can apply with my NOC code to this program. If so, please help me about the reugulation process.

Thank you

What are the changes of getting through in SINP:EE, provided all the documents are attached and the application is complete? Or they just allow X number of people to apply which is the required number

Hi! To be able to apply you should always have your application filled in and ready. As soon as SINP opens its intake round, where the cap is usually 500-1000 applications, you need to submit your application as soon as you can. The cap is usually reached within 24 hours.

Cic clearly mentions candidates not necessarily have
to appoint a Immigration Representative.However,
will there be any significant difference between
having a Representative or applying of our own?
or any evidence as such.Thanks

The most significant difference is that the Immigration Representative will charge you the do the exact same thing that you will have to do if you do not hire one.
