Generally representatives began to blackmail the applicant after particular time. Nice persons r very few.

There is certainly no difference between you and Immigration representative. If you hire one, you would still have to do the same things collect experience letter, write down duties, collect statements, browse your history of immigration, addresses..
collect educational degrees.
Only difference is they know the process while you would have to spend time to learn the process and small things which matter. It's also not true in all cases, I spoke to many consultants and I was never convinced those guys are good for me. One told, you have to have ECA for my wife even for PNP which is not the case, other told me .........
So, it's upto you if you have time and eye for a bit of analysis or you can blindly follow someone who may not be qualified enough. You have to research on that side as well to find a very good consultant you can trust.

Sometimes they do NOT know the process. I strongly advise to use this forum for all the information that you need. I am a case in point. I used an immigration consultant but they were not sucessful. I stopped using them when I found this forum, and I am now a landed immigrant.

Yeah agree , that's what I mentioned in next statement.

Hi,

I'd like to ask how strict CIC is regarding the dates. For example, I quit first job on 05-April and start next job on 15-April (both in April). In form IMM5669E Back ground, under Personal History, if I put I end first job in March and start new job in April, is it considered false information? Basically there are a few days away. I'm not sure how strict CIC is in terms of this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What is stopping you to put end date of first job as 5th April and start job as 15th April of next job, this is how it should be put.

Hi Kamy,

Thanks for your reply. I already submitted the form to SINP. The form asks for months only, not dates, and for a moment I remembered wrongly, didn't realize it till after submission.

Perhaps I should write to them and have it updated. Do you think that's possible? Thank you.

Immigration consultants have cropped up like anything anything . One has to be careful when choosing a representative. I have also had my fingers burnt.
Be regular here in this forum even if you go with a representative.
One mistake and you end up loosing months.

I think you need to put both as April where only months are mentioned, you can send an updated form to SINP at immigration.documents email
Also, when you apply to CIC, you can update as these forms would be submitted at CIC stage as well.

Thanks Kamy for your time and help. I will send an updated form to SINP. But from your reply it seems it's still ok if I don't update with SINP and update later to CIC if I get nomination.

Thanks again.

Hello

I have submitted SINP August 30 Intake and just received letter to intimated successfully submitted from SINP.
but unfortunately , i could not uploaded some documents including Education credentials, Experiences certificate and POF documents.

is there still provision to send missing documents before any official intimation from SNIP ? OR

they will ask and give time to send missing documents ? OR

they will refuse based on missing/incomplete documents ?

they mentioned in their letter

"The next step will be a review for completeness. If you are missing any of the required forms or documents, you application will be returned and you will be eligible to re-apply when you have a complete application . any new application will be subject to availability within the intake thresholds."

Kingly elaborate it and i need guideline from senior and experience persons on same.

Thank Yo
