Hi Seniors,

I got a mail today from SINP for below missing documents.

1. Ethical conduct and declaration form

- I did not take any help from any agency to fill my form. Shall i just need to tick "I declare that I have completed my SINP application on my own with no paid/unpaid assistance from anybody/organization and I have not appointed a representative to conduct business on my behalf with the SINP" and sign?

2. Settlement plan

- Found settlement tool at CIC (http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/). Shall i fill it up and send back to SINP?

They asked me to revert back in 46 days. I want to get back my today. Please suggest seniors...

Thanks

Application Received: 5th JAN
In Process: 14th APR
Additional Document Requested: 28 APR

Yes you can send required documents immediately. Your application will become IN process again as soon as you will send ur additional doc required. 45 days are the maximum time limit given by SINP. Usually they convert the application IN process state 4-5 days after receiving asked documents.

Hope it helps.

Thank you but it contradicts the next point after Work Permit.

'' Do not quit your job, or sell or dispose of your personal possessions and business assets until you have received your permanent resident visa from IRCC. ''

How do you reconcile that?

Hi Expert!

I have found following details on SINP website ......anybody has any idea about it ...as I have seen on CIC website under Temporary work permit that letter from the employer is mandatory to apply for work permit

Temporary Work Permit

After you’ve applied to the SINP and your nomination has been approved and sent to IRCC's Centralized Intake Office, we can provide a letter of support for a Temporary Work Permit. This will allow you and your accompanying family members to move to Saskatchewan. If the permit is approved by IRCC, you’ll be able to start working or preparing your business operations while your permanent resident visa is being processed.

Please visit the Canadian Visa Office website in your Country for current processing times for Temporary Work Permit applications.

Can anybody elaborate that please

Sharing the good news, we're nominated!
Awaiting ITA.

Guys,
Anyone else in my situation ?? What do you advise, should I write to SINP ?
Timeline :
Application - 16th Dec 2015
Additional documents - 5th Jan 2016
In process since then
On one of the settlement funds where I have shown a FD, the conversion date is " October 5th 2015 "

Please advise, sick & tired of waiting.

Guys,
I am a Dec 16th Applicant, I find my Currency conversation date in 5th December 2015, I had shown some Fixed deposits which has been issued in the early December

Is this date of conversion the date of issue of the deposits ? I am confused on this "date of conversion" as for many guys I see its Feb, March 2016. How does this really work ??

@HelpOliver, Please I will suggest you shouldn't write SINP for reminder. If you do they may reject you. Just be prayerful because a delay isn't a denial.

HI Charan,

Today I have submitted all the document they asked for. However, mistakenly i have sent email to immigration@gov.sk.ca instead of immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca. Once i understood, i have immediately forwarded the mail to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca.

Is it going to be an issue? How long it take for SINP to acknowledge the document receipt and turn back the status to IN PROCESS?

Thanks in advance.

In Process: 14 April, 2016
Additional Document Requested: 29th April, 2016
