Hello members, please help me with this situation, I am 4 Jan SINP EE applicant, I sent bank statement of my saving account /04 Oct- 04 Jan/ stating total balance required for 4 people. There is shown transaction history but the problem is that money were less than required during Oct4-Nov 11 (1500 USD). Now I received this letter from officer. ''In my review of the funds you have submitted, they do not meet the requirements of what was requested from you on April 28, 2016. You were requested to provide bank statements that show your balances. You have provided a document that shows the debits and credits to your account between October 12, 2015 and April 30, 2016, however, it does not state the balances.

Please submit a clear document that lists transactions in order by date and shows the fluctuations in the balance of your account between October 4, 2015 through January 4, 2016.''
Seniors please help what document should I send, can I send a document for Real estate, or this is not acceptable proof??

Hello guys

My timeline is as followin:
NOC 2174.
Jan 3rd - SINP EE submitted.
Feb 20th - In Process.
April 5th - all funds converted with date of conversion on that day.

Since then I am still In Process with no requests or anything from SINP!

Have there been cases of rejection after funds conversion? I think I saw one in June 15' intake, but I can't remember for sure...
Are there others with similar situation, of converted funds and waiting for over a month?

I really hope there are many and cheer up that nothing is wrong

Expert's Advice Required.

I have submitted bank statement for a 2 lakh FD. But they considered the balance amount in the account and made the changes to the conversion dates i have entered.
Other FD document they did not do any changes and also my wife UK savings account also they haven't made any changes?

Will it impact me by any chance

If the gap between "application submitted" and "in process" dates are long i.e. 1 month or more, sinp then generally ask for updated statement to be sure of expenditure of money in between this time.

I think the date of funds conversion is not a solid indication of anything.
But if you analyze the trend here, majority got nominations after their funds were converted.

In my case, Date of Conversion is December 2015. They then requested further supporting documents on April 2016.
A few days after submission, i got nominated.

You'll get your nomination soon. Keep the faith Kabayan!

I have sent back additional documents on 2nd of May which were asked on 29th of April. SINP confirm the receipt of documents on the same day (2nd May) over email. However, in OASIS its still showing "Waiting On Applicant".

Shall i write a mail to SINP or should wait?

Hi, are you OID in the September 2015?

I sent the additional document on May 3rd, until now the status still display " waiting on applicant"

I am 2nd to sent the additional documents. last time spend 2 days after submitted.
