Hi,

Could anyone help me with my below queries:

1) Normally how much time does CIC take to complete our process after the day we submit our documents, post ITA?
2) Do they process it any faster if we have a job offer from Canadian organisation? Approximately how much time do they take considering an employer is awaiting this process?
3) If we dont have a job offer, can we submit real estate property documents and PPF/PF (Provident Funds in India) documents as proof of funds?

Thanks in advance!

What was the status before u send them the missing documents?
In process then they requested for additional docs so it was waiting on application for one day then it's again in process

my application is returned by SINP due to missing documents, can I send these documents or I have to wait for the next intake? Please advise

Hi a_mabrouk10,

Sad that your application is returned due to being incomplete. Which documents you missed to submit to SINP and SINP have to return your application...!? Please share for others so that others should not miss those documents...!

Thanks and regards!

Bro have patience. I had this issue the first round and they just returned the app despite giving additional documents. They were nice about it, said you can re-apply again with proper documents. The opening was around the corner in Dec, and by the feel of things it looks like it is imminent now that they will reopen soon. So you can get your documents in order and reapply.

Seniors,
Do they convert our fund according to the last dollar rate or the rate of submission date?

Guys,
I am a Dec 16th Applicant, I find my Currency conversation date in 5th December 2015, I had shown some Fixed deposits which has been issued in the early December

Is this date of conversion the date of issue of the deposits ? I am confused on this "date of conversion" as for many guys I see its Feb, March 2016. How does this really work ??

@HelpOliver, currency conversion should be after the date the application was submitted. Yours seems to be mistake from SINP. However, don't bother yourself about currency conversion because there were guys that got nomination without currency conversion.

Dear Seniors,

I would like to know that, if we apply under sinp ee, than do we need to stay in saskatchewan province? If yes, how long we have to stay in province? And sinp ee profile what kind of visa we will get?

Thank you...

Guys I need help with few more queries, after being nominated and once I get the ITA do I need to get the employer's reference letters again OR do i have to submit the same ones that were uploaded during SINP application?

The reason I ask this is my last employer reference letter is dated Nov 2014 (2 years old), although my role has not changed and I still work for the same company.

Also I've seen responses stating "we need to submit proof of funds as per CIC format" what does this actually mean?
Will uploading FD certificates and bank statements (downloaded online) do?

Thanks,
Prit
