meanwhile, you better of to proceed for PCC and upfront medical.

I'm already working on getting PCC, regarding upfront medical shall I wait for ITA or just go for it.

no need to wait for ITA to get medical, however, you will receive ITA within 24~48 hours.
for medical, choose the country where you reside and follow in instructions as given in below links

I have recently got request for additional documents from sinp they want aepg certificate and settlement plab but I distinctly remember I have submitted both of them while filling my application what does this signify

you should be able to see in oasis if you have submitted them or not
