Hi one_topsy
Can I make a change on a EE profile already submitted?I realize I have more than I indicated as settlement fund on my EE profile.Does it matter if I indicate a different amount as settlement fund on my SNIP EE application?
No, that doesn't matter. As long as both are above the required amount for the size of your family

Dear All,

We have one query before filing application formally in MYCIC.

My friend has nomination from SINP, all supporting documents inclusing, PCC, Experience Letters, Bank Statement, upfront Medical, ECA Report, IELTS Result, Marriage Certificate, BC, Passport etc are ready with him to be uploaded in his MYCIC Account.

Is there anything else we are missing? Any form etc or anything which we might be overlooking. Please let us know.

All seniors who have applied after getting SINP nomination, please guide us in detail.

We don't want to commit any mistake now as my friend's IELTS result is expiring on March 15.

I hope you can understand our concern.

Thank you.
In the eAPR, you should have a personalized checklist. It is best to go along with that. Anyone can advise you here (and yes, your documents look complete) but the checklist will tell you if there is anything missing.
However, ensure your friend gets the right PCC as many have been rejected for that.

Hello Friends,

Is SINP is still open? As per the point system we are achieving 68 points. Can I create Profile under SINP?
You can create your profile and wait for them to reopen later sometime this year

Current date

But there are guys in other forum for whom they have taken the submission date. If I'm right, there are no hard rules to confirm that only this date will be considered. Seems that it depends on the VO.

Guys, can you let me know if the currency value is considered based on the application submission date or current date from your experience?

I believe they consider the current date. Mine was updated by them in the same day I received the nomination.

Is this SINP or CIC? I thought you were asking about SINP. If its SINP, even if you fill the conversion yourself, they will clear it and use the rate of the day they convert it

Thanks for your confirmation. I was referring SINP only.

On my SINP application, Step 2 - Settlement Funds, the field "Total Dollar amount in Canadian currency" was updated by them. I know it because the value changed and the field "Date of Conversion" was updated too. Did you understand now?

Hello guys, i just discovered i made some mistakes in my IMM5699E form(Schedule A background declaration form) and its really bothering me. The No (6e): Have you been refused admission to or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
I have actually been refused student visa at the canadian and uk embassy in my country some years ago, am i suppose to answer YES or NO.
If i had answered NO instead of YES in the forms i submitted to SINP, how much misrepresentation have i done and the consequence. Also how can i make changes in the forms already submitted and SINP status IN PROGRESS.

Kindly help a friend. Thanks

Relax dude. I made the same mistake.
I answered No even though I had been denied a visit visa. Not delibrately though. It was an oversight. fter i got nomination and ITA, i had the same question from CIC and answered YES.
Then I realised I had made a big mistake by saying NO to SINP and giving YES to CIC.
I sent an email to SINP with the correct information on the form.

Your case is not as bad as min. Just refill the form and send it as a missing document
Good luck!

Guys help !

After PR submitted , I have received this ;

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:

 Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes – Provincial
Nominees form

What is this 92685977 and schedule 4?
Where to uplad them ??
The number is probably your app/UCI number. Don't write it on the forum
Schedule 4 is the same used for SINP. get it on the CIC website. Fill, sign and scan.
Go back to your application in CIC account and you will see a placeholder for the requested doc.

Hi seniors and One_Topsy
I am going to apply eAPR by today. I need your advise. My bank letter and work exp letter were issued on Feb,22 2016. Do I need to take the fresh ones or that is ok ? If I get fresh one it will take me 1-2 days.

PCC issued in Feb,Med issued in Jan. PP also expiry in next year mid. So all these seems ok.
