I asked this question on this forum because our HR manager said that there is no need of stamp when the name, designation and office is printed through a computer printer.
It is considered as a stamp and this did not satisfy me.
In my experience certificate, following things are given!
1) My complete name
2) Date of Appointment
3) My designation on appointment (It was as intern/trainee)
4) Date of promotion as a permanent employee
5) My designation after promotion
6) My some job reposibilities( 15 in total are given )
and then
XYZ
(HR Manager signed here)
HR Manager
ABC(office title)
This portion in blue color is not a stamp. It is a computer typed and print. Hope there is no problem in this...!
