Not all office stamp's the documents, its fine to have a experience doc. on company letter head and it covers your responsibilities in detailed.

Thanks you for the reply yoda!

I asked this question on this forum because our HR manager said that there is no need of stamp when the name, designation and office is printed through a computer printer.
It is considered as a stamp and this did not satisfy me.

In my experience certificate, following things are given!

1) My complete name
2) Date of Appointment
3) My designation on appointment (It was as intern/trainee)
4) Date of promotion as a permanent employee
5) My designation after promotion
6) My some job reposibilities( 15 in total are given )

and then

XYZ
(HR Manager signed here)

HR Manager
ABC(office title)

This portion in blue color is not a stamp. It is a computer typed and print. Hope there is no problem in this...!

Please suggest guys...!

As per my knowledge stamp must be required, and the thing is that any official letter issued from any organization they put their stamp on it, don't know why your organization not stamping on your experience letter, and there is no criteria that if HR name and signature is there then we would consider it as stamp and its not required if the same things are there.....finally stamp must be required.

Currently they are not accepting application without job offer,

You must keep an eye on their website and this forum to be updated about the cap

Also, you can gather all required documents as the CAP gets fill in hours.

I had job offers from Canadian employers.
The problem is LMIA is very tricky and time-consuming...

Is there any way to work around LMIA???

Thanks Super King!

You removed my confusion. I shall get a new experience letter from my office with a stamp on it and email to SINP.

thanks for your reply. so I guess you mean once the first set of applicant's final details completed it asks to create a new set of application screens. is that correct?

Yes, that's correct.

Dears,

I got a letter from CIC and in the right top corner I had a number like *CAN0000########*.

My question is, Is that my UCI number?

Best,

Hi friends
Is necessary in job experience letter, employer mentions on amount of my salary ?

Your position, joining date, work hour, job status and annual salary should be mentioned. Letter must be in company letter head page and reference detailed contact info is needed.
