Guys, please need some urgent help on this one.

I am applying for EE next intake so in the generic form I selected Provincial Nominee from the drop down list, is it correct??

you can write either Provincial Nominee OR Federal Skilled worker, there's no issue.

I have filled the entire form and electronically written my complete name and date at the end of the form, but the section above it which says Consent to release information to intended province/territory of destination I couldn't write my First name and last name because I had to print it and then write it, so I left it without writing my name and just uploaded the document.

Is it OK??

Perfectly fine if you have written with hand,
but i can tell u a way to write there,

1) Just leave those boxes where you can not type.
2) Print the form
3) Sign the form
4) Scan the form
5) Now open the scanned form in ADOBE ACROBAT READER
6) On the right panel, you would see an option FILL & SIGN, select this option
7) Now you can select the TEXT Tool and type whatever and wherever you want

I had written by hand in my SINP application too because I was not able to type, I learn this way just couple of weeks ago. ;D

Good Luck

Dear All,

I just have my new passport. Please suggest -

1. Should I need to communicate with SINP with new passport information?

2. I already lodged visa application. How can I update my passport information? Is there any specific form to be submitted? Or just open a Case Specific Enquiry at my visa office?

Thanks in advance for your suggestion!

Hello all,
I am noc 9212 with SINP nomination.
Do I require license under this noc with fsw
while sending my E-app to CIC?

Is there any noc 9212 here that has PR without submitting license?

Yes, send them an email and also mention that you have applied for PR and will open a CSE to update the new passport information at CIC level.

Just open a CSE, this is the way to update any information regarding your application.

Thanks in advance for your suggestion!

I am not sure which error you made, can you please elaborate on this please.

Didnt sign the part which could not be filled digitally (part about consent from family to fill in form). So manually filled it up scanned and sent later.

Thanks, came here to know this. I too updated passport recently though my application is In Progress with SINP. I see no way to update unless by email? Should I email the missing documents or is there a better way to inform them?

Well, it is very strange, but the average time to process an application is 2.8 months. But remember, you could ask them about your process just after that average time. If I were you I would send an email on 3rd of March asking about your process.

For instance, my application took just 12 days to be nominated. My NOC is 2171 and yours?

Mine is 2174. But they requested the translation of proof of fund and signed the code of conduct. I sent them on Dec 18. The problem is that my proof of fund is a PGBL and I sent an LOE explaining that it is similar to RRSP in Canada. If they do not accept it, I will have to withdraw from PGBL, which will take about 15 days and then wait for the next opening intake.

HI Darkload,

I am also from Riyadh, can you please provide me your mobile number by posting here or inbox me, so I can discuss you something about SINP.

Thanks,

Hmm that is strange man because your NOC is an IT NOC, I thought they were speeding up these kind of NOC.
As for your proof of funds, do not worry, I think it will not be an issue for you. For instance, I used my RRSP as proof of funds too (a Brazilian pension plan), but that source was not my main source of funds, my main proof of funds was a saving account.

Anyway, I would wait until 3rd of March to contact them, and then discover what is going on with your application.

I learnt some more SINP applicants have changed to IN PROCESS.
Please if your status has changed, upload the spreadsheet. Thanks

Hello Wagner,

Did SINP accept your Brazilian pension plan and was your Savings account enough for your proof of funds
or
Was it a combination of Brazilian pension plan and Savings account to satisfy your proof of funds
The reason Iam asking is one of my friends has submitted as proof of funds for family of three:

Savings Account - 15000 CAD Dollars
EPF - Employee Provident fund(similar to RRSP) - 4000 CAD Dollars

Just wanted to know if will be accepted. Most of the folks who submitted just EPF as POF got rejected saying that EPF is not accepted as POF

Appreciate your reply!!

Regards

Hi seniors,
Just a quick question.
I have decided to apply for SINP-EE category, they say candidates must score at least 60 points on the SINP point assessment grid, but as far as I have calculated im getting only 56..so that means I'm not eligible for this?

Yes,minimum requirment is 60 point....but you can increase your points by increasing IELTS score

Whats the process to update the Passport details while application is In Progress?
Should I wait it out for a status change or send them an email that my passport details have been updated.

If you are nominated, you fill revision form.
Have you checked procedural guidelines for any clues? I would suggest you email them details of new passport
