Hi, I have applied under EE category but doesnt fall under that quota. In such case, can we again try applying under this new stream?

I have one more query, though we select "no" for EE profile, at some point, it ask for Whether have you applied for any other province. Then we mention our SINP EE application number which clearly says that we have EE profile and that's why we were able to submit under EE category right.

In that case, again its misleading.. Is it the right apporach? Please suggest.
Yes it is strange that if we answer YES for EE profile it does not direct us to In-demand category.

On the question of misleading information, if we are giving true facts in application details section than it is not misleading. As my application for SINP-EE was returned, i mentioned that in my new application and also attached the returned application letter.

Since answering NO to EE profile is the only way forward to submit application as for now, it is the only approach albeit the wrong one.

In my case my Sinp-EE application was returned bcoz of a missing document and many others got missing documents requests, was it the right approach? So don't worry in answering NO to EE profile, as long as you don't hide any information in application details, who knows by the time they correct this anomaly CAP might get full.

Any expert on SINP or forum seniors are requested to guide us on this issue.

All the best. :)

My Application status changed to In Process after 100 Days :D :D of my online application submission ( June 16, 2015).

Hi All,

I am trying to apply for SINP online application form International Skilled Worker - Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category. I am confused as there is nothing to select which stream to apply also unable to complete application as I do not have a job in Canada and leaving the date blank is showing as incomplete application. Am I missing something, can anyone help.

Congrats, 1 hurdle crossed.

I applied for SINP 2015 under the express entry category but unfortunately the threshold had been met by then. I want to apply under the category in demand now since I qualify for the same. Is there a way that i can edit the previous application or will I have to apply for fresh application now. Am i allowed to apply again and will i have to mention that I had previously registered for SINP under Express entry catergory?

Please Help its urgent.

for those who already got ITA and are already on CIC stage:

PROOF OF FUNDS and conversion rates.

What date dos CIC use as a reference for ur conversion rate?

Is it the same date as show on SINP's application, or is it the date in which u actually send ur docs to CIC, via MyCIC?

They will Convert your fund into CAD on date they start working in your application. (this applies to both SINP and CIC)

Guys,

I submitted my application on July 06, 2015. My application went in-process on August 28, 2015. Then September 01, 2015 I was requested for incomplete/missing document (Ethical Conduct form was not signed on page 2). After 2 days of sending the form, my application changed the status from 'Waiting on Applicant' to 'in-process' again. Still now it's status: in-process.

Does SINP request for incomplete/missing documents several times or only one? I am confused because I can't see some documents in my profile but I uploaded all documents and also checked very well while I was submitting my application.

Is it OASIS system bug or SINP removed those files or hide from applicants? anyone have any idea?

many thanks.

Don't worry, there are many fields/tabs for which you wont see any doc attached, as those docs were attached to there nested tabs.

it's the case with every applicant here.

I also agree with you...

I contacted SINP representative by email in order to ask whether I can apply for both streams at the same time or not. They stated that you can't have two different application in process at the same time. You can withdraw your EE application and submit a new one for Occupations in demand.

Hope this help you.
Best of luck guys

I completely agree with you bcs saying NO to EE profile is the only way to go towards In Demand Category and also we are declaring everything regarding our previous application, it should not be considered as misrepresentation. We are compelled to give wrong answer. As in my case I cant wait for EE category bcs my EE profile is going to be expired after two months due to my birthday and if i wait for their response I might miss the chance to apply under Occupation in Demand category and no one knows what will be their response .....
