Yes it is strange that if we answer YES for EE profile it does not direct us to In-demand category.jy_k said:Hi, I have applied under EE category but doesnt fall under that quota. In such case, can we again try applying under this new stream?
I have one more query, though we select "no" for EE profile, at some point, it ask for Whether have you applied for any other province. Then we mention our SINP EE application number which clearly says that we have EE profile and that's why we were able to submit under EE category right.
In that case, again its misleading.. Is it the right apporach? Please suggest.
On the question of misleading information, if we are giving true facts in application details section than it is not misleading. As my application for SINP-EE was returned, i mentioned that in my new application and also attached the returned application letter.
Since answering NO to EE profile is the only way forward to submit application as for now, it is the only approach albeit the wrong one.
In my case my Sinp-EE application was returned bcoz of a missing document and many others got missing documents requests, was it the right approach? So don't worry in answering NO to EE profile, as long as you don't hide any information in application details, who knows by the time they correct this anomaly CAP might get full.
Any expert on SINP or forum seniors are requested to guide us on this issue.
All the best.
