where should I attach the settlement plan and settlement funds supporting document, I mean in which screen in the SINP application system as there is no screen appeared with me with that name.

also how is the settlement plan, is it a a document that I should write or there is a template form for it.

Settlement plan need to add in application section, you will some option at one of the step to create settlement plan.

You have to attach settlement plan in the settlement fund screen

That is on the next screen

there are 14 steps, then you check for completness and a new stage is open for the federal forms.
