Yes, you need to scan all old passports along with new one. You do not have to scan all visa stamped pages. Only the page which shows your photo, name, date of birth and page which shows your father/mother name, spouse name, address etc.canada_hopeful said:guys, i'm new to this forum. i want to ask the help of the moderators for the following:

2. For the work experience:
If company cannot provide the job description, can we create it instead and have it notarized? If yes, is the certificate of employment and contract enough as supporting document for this?

If you are able to get the letter from company stating that you have worked there, with the job title and number of hours worked. yes, add the job description as "self declaration" letter and have it notarized but whether SINP will accept this or not, I am not sure
