Give your comments and opinions that why they are delaying July-EE applications and opening OID after every 15 20 days ?. What kind of situation Oct- EE applicants facing. Do any of OCTOBER applicant got his nominations or they are also in the same boat.

Dear sp60,

I am Oct 24 OID applicant. I received my nomination on Nov 15. I am preparing my application to send for PR now.

I think, some of Oct 12, 2016 Express Entry candidates too received their nominations.

I hope you all get your good news soon. You can always call/email them if your processing time is exceeded than their given approx processing time on their website.

As per my analysis they are nominating applications based on following things:

1. Completeness (all documents required are attached or not)
2. Accuracy (whether attached documents are as per the requirement or not. I mean if attached bank letters then are they valid?)
3. Age + NOC + 18 years or below child coming with you (They need young people in Canada who is accompanying children which makes them stronger to apply). I can also bet that is the reason they have age wise points system too.
4. Education / ECA (applications with ECA certificate even for OID accelerate the time for them to nominate. ECA means they don't need to check your degrees thoroughly)

Though these are not official but still I strongly feel these are the main reasons of any application to be selected faster / slower or rejected.

I wrote a letter to Immigration Minister of Saskatchewan about this delay, he forwarded this to SINP. SINP manager replied me within 1 day, here is the reply :-

Dear client,

Your inquiry to the Honorable, Minister Harrison, has been forwarded to my attention.

The average processing times have been calculated based on 80% of the applications the SINP has processed in a given period of time. I have looked into the issue you raised in your email. It appears there are still some applications received in or before July in the process; these applications are beyond the 80%. We cannot give you more specific information when an application is being assessed or its verification is underway. An applicant should receive the program correspondence for additional information if it is deemed necessary for assessment. Please give me the application number(s) and reason if any of the applications you mentioned needs my immediate attention.

That said, you must identify who you are, an applicant or a representative, in order for me to correspond with you regarding case information.

But still in the same Waiting Boat
Even there are many like me. I think for single person they need less time to verify everything.

only 397 . for spouse you hv only 10 points for educ and max 8 pints for IELTS

YOu are under 30 years of age so I wonder why your score is so low. However, this spouse thing is just a hoax. When they give you marks for spouse, they deduct from your score, do you know that? So having a spouse and their Edu or IELTS is no added benefit to any applicant in my view. For e.g.

There is no news about may ee application for one month. So my deadline is the end of december, if there is still no news i am gonna try other streams.
And you can prepare for the ee jan 2017 intake as well.
