I guess, you are talking about the "review" of your most recent IELTS results.
Yes, you can request a review of all 4 modules - the price might be same as for a review of one module only. Rumour has it, that the results are never "lowered" upon the review - they can leave the results the same or increase them in one or even in several modules (I know the person who got "+1" in one module and "+0.5" in another after such "re-marking").
In case the points in any of the modules would be increased during this review - you'll get your money (been paid for a remarking) back and a new certificate will be issued and sent to you.
However, you must remember that during the process of re-viewing of your most recent results the current certificate you have at hand (with your current points - L 8.5, R 8.5, S 7.5, W 6.5) is deemed as "ineligible" (or, better say, something like "inactive"), and you are not allowed to use it in any way. And, actually, the process of remarking is rather long - much longer than the initial process of "marking" - it can take 6 weeks or even more.
