This is the part of the e-mail of Officer's Letter of Request for Additional documents. They clearly mentioned about reminder for processing.
"Please do not contact the SINP regarding your file status as this may delay processing. The SINP will
contact you if any further information is required. If any of your personal information changes (i.e.
mailing address, family composition, marital status etc.), please notify our office quoting your file
number."

Here s my analysis on nomination trends.
1. Fastest Nomination - EE December 2015. Ranging from 10 days to 2 months. Average 1 month.
2. 2nd Fastest - EE November 2015. ranging from 1 month to 2.5 months. Average 1.5 months
3. Jan 2016 EE - Ranging from 2.5 months to 5 months. Average 3.5 months.

My conclusion,
Best and fastest intakes are and will be November and December. Reason-- Officers try to process applications As fast as possible before 25th December Christmas. They try to complete as many applications as possible before going for a month holidays.

Thanks for prompt response... My friend's EE profile got activated but there is some weird thing happened in his SINP submitted profile.

Educational Documents and Work experience letters section attachment not visible in the SINP oasis profile and it saying no files to display.
Same is the case with some federal forms as well (most of them are not applicable to him like common law etc etc..).
His current status of SINP app is "In process"

Are they reviewing these docs and becoz of this attachments are not visible for these sections ? or what can be the reason for this.. He is tensed ??

Incase SINP wants any additional docs how they request , via email or update in the Oasis profile ?

Tell him not to worry. I think that's just a part of the whole process - I don't know exactly, but surely they may be "locked" when the forms have been reviewed/examined (or, had been examined already).

In my case - both requests for additional docs were sent by e-mail (and upon that the status of app was updated from "In process" to "Waiting on applicant"). If status remains "In process" - can't see any reasons for extra "tension".

Agree with your conclusion, but have another suggestion about the reasons (of fast processsing of the apps been intaken in the last quarter): I guess, they're trying to complete the "annual quotas" (maybe - in order to make some conclusions about the effectiveness of the program itself, or - maybe trying to fill as more gaps as possible in order not to loose the alotted quotas in the upcoming year). I'm not sure that's "because of the Christmas holidays"...

Educational Documents and Work experience letters are uploaded in OASIS subsections which are invisible after submission.

all OASIS tabs which have a sub-tab i.e. educational tabs, works exp tabs, additional dependent (spouse) tabs all get invisible after application submission.

Filling the quota is also a very gud reason. Christmas holidays, A very gud consultant confirmed this thing last.

I believe only Speaking can be retaken. You can confirm about writing though. God bless!

They can remark all the modules if you want.
They asked me to pay 400 UAE Durham for remarking of Writing Module.
