What should I type in
a) Which Province has nominated you?
b) Provincial stream/category?

NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT
1) Do you have a National Identity Document: Yes or NO
2) Which document in India is considered as National Identity Document ??

i have taken following steps, but still have certain queries
a. downloaded at app (passport photo) at iphone 6s. this app asks the size (length, width) and type of image (i input JPEG).
b. when i transfered it to my PC, on opening, pictures dimension spreads to whole screen, instead of being restricted to given size (lengthxwidth)
c. i tried to same image as JPEG several times, on seeing image type in its properties it shoes as JPG instead of JPEG, is it ok?

The picture is probably zoomed, that's why it takes the whole size. Open with paint or some other app that allows you to edit (but don't edit). You should be able to see the real size.
JPG and JPEG are same.

I would like to know that in a Birth certificate the surname should also be mentioned or only the name should appear as the per the educational certificates.. And also my wife is expecting a baby next month. How do I add additional information in the SINP OID. I have sent my application on Jan 4th 2016 and got the application number. Is Passport and birth certificate mandatory for the newly born. I will be able to apply the birth certificate for the new born is passport mandatory too.. lastly I'm applying for F1 VISA for US, what is the next process to continue with SINP OID, if i get my US visa.. Please give your valuable suggestions so that my application doesn't return or become ineligible..

Dear all, NOC 1111 requires licensing. Please has any one in NOC 1111 been able to register with the accounting body in Saskatchewan?

I have contacted the CPA in Saskatchewan and one of their conditions include '2 members of the CPA Sask to fill out some sections of the new member application form'.

Did you ask the CPA Sask body about the question you have, in my opinion you should drop an email or call to them and share your view, I am sure they will be able to help you with a solution.

Birth certificate is usually an identity document, so if you want to prove your identity to somebody, and not somebody else's who was born on a same day and was given same name, then yes it should include your surname. It also should include your sex, both parents's names and surnames, and any other details like last name before marriage for women etc.
Your baby is still not born, so it does not have any documents you would be able to provide. If you get a chance to go into a process after baby is born, you can inform assigned immigration officer about the changes, and provide all the necessary missing documents
