Proof of funds is being asked because some of us might not be able to get jobs immediately and CIC does not want us to be a burden on their system.. No one will help you once you are in canada unless someone takes pity on you..

Sorry.. if you do not have funds then wait till you have it before you apply.. If you borrow you have to prove that you own that money and document it..

You can game the system.. But you should also know its your life which is a risk..

Please Please don't fall prey for such institutions or people pretending to give you original look alike bank statements. That is very dangerous. Canadian government has seen many of such cases and detained such applicants from applying in future.

If you don't have money right now in your bank , please try to get a gift deed of course which in turn needs someone to help you. But the best bet is to start saving from now and wait for sometime to accumulate the amount and then apply.

Please do not fall for such things. CIC will not accept large funds deposited into your account unless you prove them that this money is not borrowed by showing gift deeds, affidavits etc from people who deposit the money. This is when you get the money from father, mother, spouse, brother etc. i.e., blood relatives. CIC are not stupid, if they find you are borrowing money etc for sake of applying, it will be misinterpretation and you will be banned from applying any kind of visa to Canada.
Also, these institutions you are talking about might themselves be fake and might rob you etc. Stay safe from friend and do not get into such things.

Hello dude , once I sent poof of funds on dec 26 as they had requested it on dec 18, my application changed from waiting on applicant to in process on dec 29 afterwards , about two hours later, it was nominated by SINP on dec 29 ,finally , I got nomination on mycic profile on dec 30 . Now preparing EE documents , hope to pass this step soon , all the best to all applicants waiting for nomination

I was wondering you got your nomination already and i haven`t gotten mine based on the fact that we used to have similar timeline and same NOC according to the information on the google spreadsheet i.e "waiting on applicant" status on the same day, same application submission date, same NOC, and same day there was a request for more documents. 8) 8) 8)

I hope i get my nomination soon too and join you guys preparing documents for CIC

Mine they coverted Saving bank account money to CAD on Dec 29th. But the PF statements still not? Fingers crossed! I submitted my application on June.

But I don't know what will happen if I don't receive ITA before 4th-Jan?
How will I add my SINP nomination again if my EE profile expire??

You need to hope that there is a draw tomorrow (i.e. 1st Jan 2016). If there is a draw, and you get an ITA, then you are safe as then your expiry date is only valid if you haven't got one.

Below is an email I got from CIC

Thank you for your interest in IRCC’s Express Entry system! Did you know that an Express Entry profile automatically expires after 12 months if a person is in the pool and is not invited to apply? To check the date that your profile was accepted into the Express Entry pool, go to your MyCIC account. Please visit our website for instructions on what to do if you were not invited to apply and your Express Entry profile will soon expire.

I am not sure what happens if your Express Entry profile expires before an ITA, but I believe you have to inform SINP about the expiry and provide them new Express Entry profile and Job Seeker Validation code, nd request them to transfer the nomination. You will also have to indicate that you still meet the CIC and SINP requirements.

If your EE profile expires, you need to create a new one.
While creating, indicate you have PN and input the details. When the province confirms, you get your 600 points back.
