"Has Mohammad Abu Musa you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"

Do I need to mention a refusal for a visit visa a long ago(in 2009) on another country? What do you think?

If application was returned, they write the UCI on the IMM008 form in pencil, my application was returned for FSW2014 and I have got my UCI number on the returned application package's IMM008 form. Can you check this?

Darklord I checked again my IMM08 ,there is no UCI number.. Is barcode number that was generated while filling IMM08 is the UCI number ?? i dnt think so..

They said it is fine to put "No" as an answer

I am a bit releived but You are sure you mailed to CIC and they said that you can answer "no" in case no UCI number

No negative impact .. You should be true at all the time if Vis was not refused for Criminality.. I also got denied once recently in April..

Settlement Funds:- No documents were attached for the settlement funds on this
application. Please see the guide for your category to see how
much funds are needed, what types of funds are acceptable
and the documents you need to provide.

Settlement Plan:- Please completed a settlement plan and submit it to the SINP

Work Experience:- You have claimed points for 7 years of experience related to
your post secondary degree and in an in demand occupation.
The documents provided only show three years of experience.
Please provide reference letters from your employers that
state job title, start and end dates and job duties (if your
employment is ongoing, ensure the letter the is dated).

However, i sent to SINP though their email my setlement plan and settlement fund some days after application, apparently they didnt receive it. Also in the application i submitted a reference letter from my present company showing proof of 5 years working experience was attached. Kindly advise how to proceed or what exactly they want to see again.

Email the requested documents, quoting your name and file number in the subject and body of the email, to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca
They will sort it out, don't worry.

Did you mention your application number when you had emailed them before?
