ok so the reason of my application return was the missing forms i had to fill and i didnt know about that as it was my first time putting up the application :'( :-\

now i want to know if i should delete the old application profile and make a new one or update the same application?

the email states as follows:

"Following a careful review of your application and supporting materials we are unable to consider
you under the SINP Express Entry Category. Assessments under this program are limited to those
who have provided a complete application and met all the required qualifications. Please refer to the
attached document for a list of missing documents.
We encourage you to reapply once you have gathered the necessary forms and documents.
Thank you for your interest in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program"

Either way doesn't make a difference. Important thing is to attach the required documents like they said.

When you get your PR, SINP will ask to sign an agreement in which you will live in SK two years. In fact, you can go to the other province, but you may have a problem when you want to re-new your PR, or apply your citizenship in four years later. In addition, if you find a well-paid job other province, your potential employer may require you about police check. You will see the problem here. Many you guy want to use SNIP as back door to immigrate to Canada. It is good. But every coin has two sides.

I tried to submit my application today but it the OASIS website said that the quota is full?!
Their main website at "economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/express-entry" says that the intake threshold is reached for 2015. But I thought they just started it for 2016 a few days back.

What is going on? Is intake threashold reached for 2016 as well?

I'm facing the same issue. I honestly think the answer to both should be yes. The first question also asks about visitor or temp resident visa. IMHO, i think there's a bit of a repitition there?
Your thoughts?
I'm thinking of adding Schedule A and Schedule 4 along with LOE in the LOE placeholder

Hi, Can you please share your reference which stipulates that SINP PN have to stay in SK for two years?

I would say check the email you sent to them to be sure that you sent the correct documents/attchments, and any other potential errors. If none, perhaps send the missing docs by email again.
Like you said, I wouldn't ask about the progress, just make sure the docs are properly sent.

Thanks for the reply, I have re sent them the email with documents, Just to be sure let me know if i attached right documents.

1. Post secondary Transcripts - I sent them my Degree Each semester mark sheers and consolidated memo and for my Masters the same.
2. Proof of funds : I have saving in my bank in form of Certificates, i have attached the banks letter mentioning the savings amount and duration since when i have the saving with them with saving funds details (Like Certificate no.s.amount, account no. and date since i have a relationship with them.)

I hope the above attached documents are correct and enough.
