I have a query? Does it matter if the Work experience letters are old (like mine reference letters were dated Nov2014 my FSWP file was returned so I used the same reference letters)?

Not at all you can use that one. I used my letter dated Aug 14 and since then i am in same company at same position so i did not take new letter..

I had used my old reference letters when I applied for FSWP 2014. So I guess that is fine, provided it covers the minimum requirements for the points that you are claiming.

I agree. At least one. There have been 2 draws a month (except May, and Jan) so expecting at least one more this year. It will be a good Christmas present for many.
