But , on the form it says if you are applying online, you donot need to sign your application by hand. You will be asked to provide electronic signature once you are ready too transmit your documents to CIC.

Fill this form, validate it, print it, sign it, scan it and then upload it.

What happens if you have two applications? Some pple applied in Sept and also in Oct. They only asked them to withdraw one. Please explain why someone who had applied in a previous threshold wouldnt apply again?

She is referring to IMM0008 form. I too have the same query.

Also, while filling up online some of the fields are getting grayed out. For instance, if you tick NO for national identity, it will automatically gray out the fields related to that and becomes uneditable in pdf. So are you saying those fields must still be marked N/A by hand after printing it ?

If you accept, you get 600 extra points and get ITA in next round

The case i know of applied under 2 different programs (OID and EE). I would suggest you email the missing documents to them. I submitted a missing document by email shortly after i applied and it was used in my application.
That is what SINP recommends, and that is what I would do.

My application form was returned last time as I had missed the IMM0008 form. Now that i have not scanned and attached this time, shall i go ahead and create a new application and submit to be on safer side.

Pls advise

First thing create a new application with all the required documents with some other email I'd along with new Express entry profile. Fill new Express entry profile number and job seeker code in this one. Cancel old express entry profile.
After that send a mail to SINP to cancel this application since you have created another EE profile.
After few days check status this profile will be withdrawn.
And then there will be only one SINP application for you.

This is my experience I did the same. Also got nomination today.

Does a 4th November applicant has his status changed to In Process? I only see a couple of applicants having their status changed as per the info in the spreadsheet.
I happened to upload the right scanned passport copy(my new passport) but somehow entered details of my expired passport in the application page. However, I did send them an email about the issue with rectified data. They stated they will be responding within 2 business days and haven't reverted since 4 days now.
Could someone please help as to what can I expect now?

A friend who is applying for current SINP EE had a question.

His wife has a name change after marriage.. There is an affidavit also.

Old First name: Kiran
New First name: Jia

Given name in new passport: Jia Alias Kiran

Now the application details ask for given name in passport, so should they fill "Jia" or also use alias name as mentioned in passport "Jia Alias Kiran".

In the Ielts score card the name is "Jia"

Cos i know of many pple that went for Sept application that also got into November application cos their files were just on "application received. What SINP did when they were ready for their files was to ask them to choose one. When someone is not sure of his first application, there is no panalty going into the threshold openings again. Or is there?

Just like you said. they were asked to choose one.
No penalty heard of yet, the applicant is still in process

In the subject of the email, quote your file number: e.g. Additional Document - SINP EE application # XXXXXXXXX

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby attach the missing documents in my application;
1- Name of document
2 - Name of document
etc.....
Of course, dont forget to attach the docs
