I have used separate OASIS account for both application, however email address was same in both.

I don't think you should worry too much. They've confirmed your application is in progress and they confirmed they withdrew the OID. Just wait a while and hope for good news.

This applies to all forms correct? Both provincial and federal?

Reason I asked is for example Schedule A background/ declaration form item 8. Personal History - Upon printing it won't show all spaces in the field, the country is further right in the + sign space to expand online but while printing the country cannot be viewed anymore, only city.

How to go about this?

In the end, it doesn't matter.
I filled some on the computer, i filled some with my hand. (I was in a hurry cos i wanted to submit before the cap is reached )
I was panicked all through, but it didn't matter in the end.

An important note at the end of form says that it must be signed and dated before it is submitted.

Which of the forms? Please ensure you sign all documents that require PA signature.
Complete all spaces or write N/A if it doesnt refer to you

My application form was returned last time as I had missed the IMM0008 form. Now that i have not scanned and attached this time, shall i go ahead and create a new application and submit to be on safer side.

Pls advise

For instance, if you tick NO for national identity, it will automatically gray out the fields related to that and becomes uneditable in pdf. So are you saying those fields must still be marked N/A by hand after printing it ?

No, the grey fields should be left blank since it is automatically labelled "Not Applicable" by the system.
Only the other white fields in the form which are "Not Applicable" for your situation should be filled up with "N/A" or "NONE"
