How many years of work experience do you have on 2174? I am a 6 years plus Noc 2174 as well, planning to apply in January.

do they need detailed job reference be sealed or it can be just signed by Head of Department?

Because I already sent sealed docs from HR dept.

Job reference should be on company letterhead(must),signed by authorized person(manager or whoever),seal is not mandatory.But whoever signs your letter must provide his detailed contact info or his/her business card.
