Need Help..My Application status changed to "Waiting on Applicant" on 14-Oct-2015..

Below is the content of the letter..

Missing and/or incomplete documents:
a) Code of Conduct - This document is incomplete.

I believe Code of Conduct form is "ETHICAL CONDUCT DISCLOSURE AND APPLICANT DECLARATION FORM". Can somebody please help me which section I need to sign..I am doing the application process on my own.

b) Work Experience Credentials - This document is missing
I submitted HR Reference Letter dated Dec,2014 and also offer letter and pay slips. Not Sure what I need to submit with respect to work exp credentials..could somebody please help me here..

you said WorkExperience docs are missing, please resend.
But shoot an email to immigration@gov.sk.ca , with your question.
They are the best people to answer, because SINP will look into your application before replying to your question.

Its 120 days my sinp EE app is at received stage..

Its been 21 days I have filed for SINP and oasis still shows Application Received....
I just wanted to know generally how many days it takes to change the status to "IN PROCESS"

I am getting a bit impatient and 3.5 months seems long please suggest......

Im sure you submitted under In_Demand Stream.
Its too long buddy. my advice is dont pay any attention to it and take other provinces pnp too.
By sinp official announcement EE stream is faster than In_demand stream but there is 5 month waiting apps in EE stream now.. so dont rely on Sinp and register for other provinces too, like NSNP.

send with the latest date

Reference Letter is enough, but it should fulfill the requirement of SINP
means it should contains time period, number of hours, your duties (must match with your NOC)
signed by your manager etc.

Actually my application moved into In-process state on 14-Oct.
I had talked to immigration officer last night, for confirming required documents to accompany dependents.
So, trying to understand, if am going late about sending documents.

Don't worry, just be sure that you have sent everything from your side.

Meanwhile, if they need anything they will send you the request.

But now your file is opened, and any officer has been appointed to work on your file.

You might get the Request of CODE of CONDUCT form in 6-7 days.

Take appointment for upfront medical
Get fresh reference letter
Six month bank letter according to cic requirement
Get translation of any document which is not in english or french And get it notarize

There are other plenty of things but
Above are time consuming things
Start your journey with this

Check your panel physician
Go to the clinic with your passport only to fix an appointment

Dont waste days
As upcoming draw would be yours

Might be tomorrow

I think fresh reference letter will only be needed for current employment. the old ones can still be used for the past employments i guess!

I am also awaiting ITA this next draw.
