How can I withdraw my application from occupation in demand category ???? I have found cancel this preapplication option only

SINP is testing our patience........ i applied on 11 June....... about 112 days ago......

Probably it depends on, how smoothly existing applications are being processed, without additional request for documents.
Because more than 50 out of 90(approx) applications are showing additional doc request in our sheet.
This would definitely block immigration officer's bandwidth.

If you observe the pie chart in the sheet on weekly basis(recent), most of the activity is around((In-process <-> WaitingOnApplicant) -> Nomination)
"Application Received" chunk(currently 48.1%) is not significantly changing.
Within our sheet list, around 20% applicants only are nominated and currently 27% are in WOA+InProcess chunk.
So, where do you think the effort would be?
I think, producing SINP nominations to avail regular CIC draws is more important than processing all SINP applications.
Because it has been 4 months since SINP 2015 is opened, there should be some results(nomination) for this 4 months effort from immigration officers.

For these same reasons, i think some(very less) 11th-june applicants are stuck.
I would not be surprised, to see my application(24th-jun) moving to In-process, after November.
I started gaining patience , by analysing the data sheet.

Send them an email citing your file number that you would like to withdraw.

I have a doubt regarding EE profile expiry and I request anybody to throw some light....

My EE profile expires on 15th March 2015.If I receive ITA on 10th March'2015 what would be the situation.Will there be only 5 days to submit my application as my profile expires on 15th march??? or there would be 60 days time as usual CIC time limit to submit application???

What if EE profile date expires after getting nomination???

Can we resubmit the EE profile once we get nomination???

I request all seniors to share your views as many of us would face similar issues due to Express Entry link up to our nominations.Hope this discussions would help many of our friends....

None of these scenarios have happened yet since even the earliest profiles wouldn't have expired yet, so let me take some educated guesses.

I assume you'd get the full 60 days upon accepting the ITA.

If your EE profile expires without yet getting the ITA but after accepting the nomination, there's a chance you can ask the PNP to reissue the nomination to your new profile with the new application number and job seeker validation code.

My EE profile expires on 1 Jan 2016. I have the same concerns as you. I have sent an email to SINP and will update you as and when they respond but I think both CIC and SINP should have some options to handle these scenarios.

Hey guys .....after completing nomination in hurry in NOC 2171 , 2174, 2281 ....by immigration officers they dont have further choice except 4011.............so then they will pick up files from 4011 ......and give nominations ...... 8) 8) enjoyee............................

I submitted all documents with my application...but they want it again. I did not mention the category of provincial nominaton in schedule 4...

Ok...May I know whether they asked bank statement till date????

Hello house,

I have a situation at hand. I got nomination approval and accepted it on mycic. After this I made a change on my ee profile and it became not eligible. What do you advise I do at this point???

Do I create a new EE-profile OR will CIC re-activate my old profile???

If I create a new EE-profile, how do i take care of the old EE-profile number on my nomination certificate???????

I don't think a change in NOC is sufficient to make your EE profile ineligible. I also made the change after accepting with no problems. Part of the process requires us to make changes where necessary even after accepting a nomination. It would be a different story if you had accepted CIC ITA. I suggest you go through your profile again to see if you mistakenly changed something that affected your points. Hope this helps.

Thanks owenaze, Well i don't know what/how my rep was trying to make the change. I have got in touch with SINP and they are willing to transfer the nomination to a new ee profile for me.
