Bro I had applied in 1 Jan 2018 still in Process.
Almost 37 weeks gone as earlier you said wait for 32 weeks while 28 week was going on.
NOC 1123 SINP OID. When can we get the nomination by the grace of GOD.
2. Date of conversion in my application not coming and my friend applied on 13 June 2018 and Invoice tab disappeared for one day and came back on very next date and her date of comversioc shows 28 - Aug 2018

In my friends file it is showing 28 August 2018 though she applied on 13 Jun 2018. Her invoice tab also disappeared for one day and came back on second day. Her NOC 1122.

Sometimes they provide nominations without showing any changes in settlement fund.
Sometimes they do it 1-2 days before nomination.
No definite rule.

Would you suggest me that wewe shou withdraw our file from Saskatchewan and waiting to open for another province like Quebec and Nova Scotia since they are processing their file on time but Saskatchewan is unnecessarily delaying the things.
Saskatchewan lawyers are really lazy since they have no sense of working I thought Canada is not like that but I found they are really worst as compared to Indian Government departments rather India government much faster than them.
If you dislike the profile then take the decision on that, 9 months has gone only In process is showing. Nothing happened I don't know how they work. If something is happening on your file they would ask you documents request etc .
Is this possible they directly nominated you directly after the in process. Have you got this experience earlier.

Quebec immigration is slower than Sask. You can not even submit Nova Scotia 's application .their website is worst. One bird in hand is better than more bird in the bushes. Wait 2 months more. India employees will have cancelled your application so far. They first choose their brothers and nephews.
Yes. You can get nomination after in process directly. Don't think about nomination everytime. Release pressure. Besy of luck.

And beginners french people they call upon.
Secondly, Nova Scotia one of my friend has applied on last opened he got CLB 5 and 6 years of experience and he got nominated by Nova Scotia 2 weeks back and working on Medicals and PPR.

My file was submitted on 5th July, 2018 SINP EE draw and on 5th Sept, 2018 I got ADR, on which I will provide the details by 20th September. I have applied for NOC 2173 which is not a part of SINP occupation list anymore. Would it create problems for me? When my file was submitted at that time my NOC was in list but after that it was removed.
What are the chances of nomination and it would be great if you can let me know further process from this point.

You have nothing to worry about. As long as your NOC was on the list when you applied you are eligible. Once you provide any and all documents they request and they confirm that you meet the requirements you will receive the nomination.

This is really stupidity that candidates put on hold for 9 -10 months . Average time is 6- 8 months finish if their work has finished if they have some doubt then they have to send a mail to candidates.
