SINP EE - JULY 2017

I applied on 28 July and IP was on 24 August. Funds were converted on 27 October (although the date of conversion was not changed, still same as the date of application i.e. 28 July). The same date they sent an email regarding verification of employment to my employer which was verified by them.
My invoice tab is invisible. No demand for ADR as yet.
Can anyone suggest what is happening?

Can you please share that from which email they communicated?

A query regarding proof of funds as I am going to start preparing for it. I understand the required fund of 12164 CAD should be shown as settlement fund at time of submitting documents and must be 3 months old as minimum. But should we show the exact 12164 CAD or more than That? Apparently not less.

Thanks Ashuindian. Any fair idea of when Sinp ee opens? If yes they choose candidates similar to express entry system ? When it opens, does it get closed in hours? Pardon my ignorance

It can open anytime. 2- 3 times more till Dec.
Apart from that, Jan. First week is fix date. Gets filled in 1 or 2 days. Better keep your application ready to submit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this sub-category, you must pay a non-refundable $300 application fee online by Visa or Mastercard. It is the last step required in order to submit your application.

You may qualify for this sub-category if you live outside Canada or have proof of legal status in Canada, are not a refugee claimant and:

• Are accepted into IRCC’s Express Entry Pool, have an Express Entry profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code.
• Score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point assessment grid .
• Provide valid language test results from a designated testing agency. The results should match what you declared in your Express Entry profile.
• Have completed post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship that’s comparable to the Canadian education system of at least one year in length. You must have earned a diploma, certificate or degree.
• Have at least one of the following in your field of education or training occupation:
  • One year work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled profession (non-trades);
  • Two years work experience in a skilled trade in the past five years; or
  • Twelve months work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades).
• Have work experience in a high skilled occupation in the National Occupational Classification(NOC) Matrix level "A", "B" or "0" that’s included on the SINP In-Demand Occupation List.
• Show proof of Professional Status or Licensure (for regulated occupations or those with professional certification standards in Canada and/or Saskatchewan) if required for your occupation. Please see the SINP In-Demand Occupation List for these requirements. If this proof is required, your application will be held for processing until such proof is provided - all other required documents must be included in your application or your application will be returned as incomplete and your application fee will not be refunded.
• Have proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan.

The federal government sets the amount of nominations the SINP can make every year. The SINP accepts a maximum number of applications each year. No application is guaranteed to be accepted and/or nominated. View Maximum Number of SINP Applications.

I am aware that there are people who are waiting longer than that; but just wanted to know if anyone here has been nominated off late. Or know why there is an unusual delay this year from SINP. Most of our applications are at the IN PROCESS stage for months now, and have no idea of what is going to happen. Even applying for another province is not possible when you have one application active.

Same here. NOC 2231 from July EE intake,No ADR was requested...IP since August 1st week..Last week even the NOC has been removed from SINP On-demand NOC List....Just Console myself that Astrology will be better in 2018...

July 17 EE intake , ADR received by 17/10/17 and submitted back on 09/11/17 . Till now it is the same status (Waiting on Applicant). NOC 0714 and it is already removed from the demand list.

Status Is Stil Waiting On Applicant.
I Think Many Of Us Are In The Same situation.
Niether They Want To Nominate Nor giving rejection. Very Confusing Situation.

Hello

I have applied in SINP EE January 2018 intake.

Want to clarify one thing.

Initially I have made my EE profile and mistakenly selected different NOC but after few days I rectified the error and selected suited NOC and updated my Job dates.
Now i submitted my application with SINP with updated NOC and Experience.

Can the wrong NOC and Experience selected earlier will affect my application negatively? Whether they will ask the same from me??

Hi Ashuindian, could you please explain more why it is not a problem? I am afraid that this would be considered as cheating. But actually my company has the same title on the labour contract or pay slip for all engineers in the company.

They don't concentrate on job title. They check Job duties deeply.
