SINP EE education requirement for NOC 2171

Hello, I have my Bachelor's is Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Software Engineering. I have been working in NOC code 2171 for the last 10+ years. I know my Bachelor's will not be considered as related degree, but will my Masters in Software Engineering going to work for NOC 2171? I know CIC accepts it, but SINP has its own sets of rules and evaluates related education differently than CIC.

Thanks for you note! Actually on that page they don't have the education requirement for NOC 2171. There is a link to a pdf document as below:

• Your work experience must be related to your occupation and education
  • See SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure for more information

But if you open up that document then there is no mention of NOC 2171. That is why I am wondering whether MS in Software Engineering will be considered as related education for 2171.
