SINP Confirmation Job Approval letter from a Saskatchewan Employer

Hi everyone .


My employer applied for job approval on 26 Nov. 2012.
He got password and forms but he did not get any approval . Status shows Employer Information Form Submitted.


I'm still waiting .....

I received an answer from SINP by e-mail five days ago.

Processing time once information has been completed and submitted can be up to 4-6 weeks.

this letter contains just positions which approved? or it contains the name of a person as well??

The letter only contains the position(s) approved and the number of those positions.

For example:

Dear XXXXXX.,

We are pleased to inform you that your Job Approval Form under the Saskatchewan
Immigrant Nominee Program for 4 Computer Network Technician(s) has been approved.

Once you have issued the potential worker(s) a job offer letter, please be advised that the
applicant is required to include a copy of the job offer letter and a copy of this letter in their
SINP application.
Thank you for your interest in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program.

Congrats how many weeks did you wait for your job approval form?

The letter only contains the position(s) approved and the number of those positions.

Got my SINP last week after 3.5 Months. Work permit was still valid for 25 Days.

Congratulations Shahzad. For your guys who are already in SK the processing time is as per the average times listed but for people outside it is going way beyond the average times. Hoping and praying that everyone gets it within the desired timelines

Hi Thanks for you reply. My boss sumbitted the job form in October 26 and we still waiting for the job approval. I think it is a longer wait time for those who are outside Canada than to those who are already in Canada. Its actually for my brother and he is not in Canada.
I think I have to ask my boss too.. How did you get your job approval from the employer SINP Login or email?

Hi Thanks for you reply. My boss sumbitted the job form in October 26 and we still waiting for the job approval. I think it is a longer wait time for those who are outside Canada than to those who are already in Canada. Its actually for my brother and he is not in Canada.

My employer submitted a employer information and waiting to be changed to Active allowing to add a Job position and job approval form.
It has been 3 month.

We are still waiting to add my job approval form.

October 3, 2012- submitted the company information ( I think this is to check the company's back ground )
October 17, 2012- Our Company was approved to submit the job offer.
October 22, 2012- Submitted the job offer

Hi Jubilhee is your husband in Canada? I am still waiting for my brother job approval letter since mid of October.
I think it takes time to get the approval if they are outside Canada. But I am courious how the SINP will know if the job approval application is for the person outside Canada?

Hi Dea,

I think your brother should ask for your brother's employer about the step where he is taking in.

For my hubby's case, his employer registered all empoyer's details in January.

And just today he found out on his employer site that it shows "All approved Job Positions in the Last 30 Days"
with approved number of positions .

I am not sure what the next step is.
Will anyboy let me know if my employer should take any action for next or just waiting for the paper forms?
