NOC code is 0122 ( Banking, Credit and Other Investment Manager )

When I refer to Spreadsheet I can see another 0122 is rejected by now and it shows my theory is not correct and it is not for your NOC code. I think they have another reason for keeping your application in queue.

When will the status change from submitted to Acknowledged?

There isn't any "acknowledged" status. Status change from "submitted" to "received".

There is no "acknowledged" status in the SINP application.

Just contacted their office, they say:

"only first 250 applications submitted will be reviewed".

even some of them are not qualified, they will NOT add future applications. So the strategy should be submitting application as early as possible, and even you didn't complete the forms, they will reach you later to add documents.

This is stupid. and i looked down upon saskachewan.

Yes, you are correct. They told me same things.

If you are missing documents but your file has been received/accepted. They will collect the missing documents.

They gonna crazy. I still couldn't understand process.

Dear Gul Vi, sujwal Vi and others,
I received AOR on 6th January, 2014. My IELTS will expire on 10th March, 2014. But I think they obviously cannot finish all the processing before then. So my question is, do I need to sit for IELTS now? Or will wait for their request to give updated result?
If they want any document in future, how many days will they give us to submit that document?
