Dear All,

I got a mail with a link to a pdf form this morning with this information, "Your application was not received as the threshold for application has been reached".
"Your application has been set to pending status. This will allow you to edit and resubmit your application if you meet eligibility criteria, including an approved job offer of employment in Saskatchewan".

Did anybody get a similar mail? I submitted on the 7th January Saskacthewan time and my status has been" application submitted" till yesterday when the status changed to blank.

Does the mail imply that my applicatin can still be considered because of the pending status or what?

Kindly assist

YEs will be considered only if u have or can produce a job offer in SASK.

What you should do is to reply them and resubmit any document not properly sent and wait for their response. Resubmit documents to: immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

I got this :
"Your application has not been accepted.
The SINP category that permits applications without a job offer of permanent full-time
employment has reached the intake threshold.

Your application has been set to pending status. This will allow you to edit and
resubmit your application if you meet eligibility criteria, including an approved job
offer of employment in Saskatchewan."

what can I do ?
where I could get a job offer?

I think the only way out is to get a job offer. Since one has missed the SINP category without a job offer, what one has to do is to get a job offer from SASK employer and send to SINP. The threshold for SINP category with job offer is not full yet. So we should let the house know how we can get job offer from SASK.

Maybe anybody in the house has information on getting job offer in Sask, please do not hesitate to share it.

Usually companies wont hire a foreign worker until and unless you have a mediator in canada.. If you have any relatives they can approach any lawyer or consultant to get letter through them.. But it will cost you a alot of money..

What is the fee range the mediator may likely ask and will the job offer be genuine?
I went to couple of immigration consultants and lawyers to get job approval letter for my relatives and they gave me rough idea of 15000 to 20,000 dollars.. But they can only provide you job letter just for your sinp paper work..job letter will be genuine and you can get nomination from sask govt but you wont be able to join the job once you get landed status.. I hope that would clear your query..

I am also looking for offer. send me PM please.

Nothing! :(
If you sit and review all your application and read all fields and give a time for checking IELTS in another site and calculate related points, it takes about 2 - 3 hours for reviewing one application and every day at least 3 applications for every officer must be done. I don't know why there isn't anything until now. :(

Waiting is killing us! :'(
