I am so worry that my second application never RECEIVE by SINP

What should I do??? I am worry that SNIP do not RECEIVE my next application
do u think should I sent and e-mail to them or ....

As other members have mentioned, since you have not received AOR, I suggest you email them and attach all your docs and explain what happened during the application process so you do not get refused based on incomplete documents.

All the best

Hi Sujwal,

I am reposting as I did not get a response from you.

Please check this link about 'Is my occupation regulated?'

http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/is-my-occupation-regulated/

It lists Information Systems Professionals, and Information Technology certified Professional as requiring licence to apply to SINP or am I understanding it wrong?

Kindly clarify. Thanks
I really suggest you to contact CIPS. Personally i dont think IT is a regulated profession as like health. Please email cips about this, they will be advice you clearly. I dont want to give you false information.

Hi All,

Please let me know if anyone applied against NOC code 2173 submitted any documents related to the licensing or certification in
Saskatchewan. As per "Application Guide for the International Skilled Workers Category", it is mentioned

If you intend to work in an occupation that requires licensing or certification in
Saskatchewan, you must contact the provincial, national and/or industrial regulatory
association before applying for nomination to verify that you will be able to meet
licensing or certification requirements. Before nomination, the SINP will contact the
appropriate regulatory body to ensure it has no objections to SINP nomination

Please help me to whom I need to contact to verify if the profession listed under NOC 2173, is regulated. If anyone already did this step, please guide me. Thanks.

Yes I too agree with Sujwal as IT is not a regulated profession.

It is also suggested to you that contact CIPS and clarify with them.

I honestly believe that 250 AORs have been sent already, those who haven't heard anything will receive a letter starting with "We're sorry...." this week

Initially two days the SINP online application system was not stable. So most of them are able to submit their applications after the system is stable.

Till now AOR was received by the people who managed to submit their application when online application system was not stable.

Has anyone receive AOR or not? Kindly update..

Its Really simple, do you think it would have taken 6 days to complete 250 Cap...

It has still came to 3rd Jan, I was actually thinking that this Cap will reach 250 in only few hours....

You mean today is the nominee declaration day instead of AOR waiting.

Ha ha ha Bro.. dont be so positive about SINP, they are lazy and will take time..

Just wanted to say ... Fingers crossed... but chances are very thin...

I am waiting for AOR, buddy. If I will not receive it by end of day, then, assume that I will not part of 250 lists.

Thanks Sujwal and Sreeramp. I had contacted CIPS and they recommended a route for licence. However I did not specifically ask them if it is 'regulated' as from the Sask website under 'Is my occupation regulated' it is listed there.

I will therefore contact them and ask them to do a letter confirming I will be eligible for licence since the application guide has stated

'You must contact the provincial, national and/or industrial regulatory association before applying for nomination to verify that you will be licensed. Before nomination, the SINP will contact the appropriate regulatory body to ensure it has no objections to SINP nomination.'

Cheers
