I have submitted my Application on 5th Jan 2014,as far as some blogs concern they were received AOR but date was they submitted their application 2nd and 3rd JAN,but on 2nd and 3rd half they clearly mention as they had technical problem and soon will resolve ,how can its possible to submit apps ?
and only who submitted their apps on 2nd and 3rd Jan only they received AOR ? what about 4th 5th Jan ,any idea any one ?

Monday 9:00 am (gmt -6), is when we will be receiving e-mails from SINP. I applied January 3 8:00 am and I did not receive AOR, I personally believe it will be bad news, but hope is the last to loose.

From January 2nd to January 10th (Threshold of 250 reached without job offer) the difference in serial number of applications was very big (105xxxx to 106xxxx) which is almost 5000. This means the number of online application created is in thousands which includes all categories but the 250 threshold without job offer reached on January 10th. Is this analysis correct ??????????????????? I want the members to share their opinion on this. Thanks.

I do not know why people are worried about application number. I created two applications with two serial number but finally submitted one application on 9th Jan'14 at 6.30 PM Canada time. So, just think how many people have created the application and got serial numbers. Maximum people finally could not submit the application within 10th Jan'14 like my 5 friends. So, serial number should not be the benchmark of application size. As per my understanding, this time people could not arrange to show the money as per requirement of SINP application. A family with 3 persons requires to show CAD 19,000/- which is not so easy to arrange immediately unless you have a savings like FDR. this money arrangement made the difference for applications of without job offer.

Yeah I saw that but that's really make this grey, work in canada is one of the specific web site the application guide mentioned, the page you mentioned is a general guideline for all IT guys, for either "Information Systems Professionals" or "Information Technology Certified Professionals", the first step is contact Canadian Information Processing Society of Saskatchewan, I did so by Email CIPS and asked about it, they replied that for 2174 the certification is optional for work in SK, for other IT NOC, I'm not sure.

No I didnt, I really dont think we do need this for IT jobs. But i became member of CIPS after applying to SINP, but later found that you really dont need membership to work in IT field, its just a plus point. However, Just check with them with your degree and current membership, they will tell you how to get membership.
But in general i suggest you to do you accessment with WES, so that in future if you want to apply for any course in Canada in IT field it will help you. You dont need it as like FSW but it can be general. Also note that you don't require that to work or apply to SINP.

Some questions to all the SINP 2014 applicants.

1. Do you think that SINP members will sit and separate all the submitted applications based on the category under which you have applied, near about 5000?; or
2. There is a system in place which will automatically separate the applications based on the category you have applied for eg. under 250 Job less quota?
3. If answer to second question is yes, then how can one say that the aspirations who had applied or submitted applications on 2nd or 3rd Jan will receive AOR? When system is accepting applications until 9th Jan 2014 and there was no message until 9th Jan regarding threshold?

You answers/suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I think many of things will be clear trough this week. They can't send all AOR and Reject letters all in Monday @ 5PM CST. They will send some AOR on Monday and maybe some reject letters and some nomination letters too! but as we discussed before they will send AOR step by step. It means they need time to send all AOR and in my opinion maybe it takes about 1 month to be complete.

Next day will be an important day for all SINP applicants.
